TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIRE

BOUNCY CASTLES AND SOFT PLAY

Should the hirer be in any doubt as to the meaning of the following, a representative from All Bounced Out should immediately be consulted.

The hirer will, during the period of the hire, be responsible for the supervision of the equipment, its care, safety from damage, however slight of any sort, and the behaviour of all persons of all ages using the equipment whatever their capacity. This includes the proper supervision of children, particularly pre-school children who should use the equipment separately to older children, or adults.

Maximum age allowed to use this equipment is 15 years and under, failure to observe this limit at any time during the hire period will render the hirer to be liable for any associated repair costs.

IMPORTANT

The Hirer shall not use the equipment for any purpose other than described in the hire agreement, and shall not sub-hire or use the equipment or allow the equipment to be used for any unlawful purpose or in any unlawful way. Nor allow anyone onto the equipment wearing shoes, spectacles, carrying sharp objects, key-rings, metal studded clothing or any similar items which could cause damage to others or the equipment.

No food or drink is to be taken onto or consumed on the inflatable or soft play equipment.

No party poppers, coloured streamers, silly string, or face paint should be taken, thrown or sprayed onto the equipment. These materials permanently stain the material and the hirer will be liable to compensate All Bounced Out in the event of any damage.

The hirer shall be deemed to have inspected the equipment (and any accessories if supplied) and to have agreed that it is supplied in good, clean condition unless the Hirer brings it to the attention of All Bounced Out when it is set up and checked by both parties. Any faults or queries must be brought to the attention of All Bounced Out by the Hirer before possession and responsibility of the equipment is left with the Hirer for the duration of the event.

In the event of heavy rain or high winds on the day of hire, All bounced Out reserves the right to cancel any outdoor booking for health & safety reasons. Any deposit paid will be refunded accordingly, or can be transferred to another hire date.

The hire period unless otherwise agreed is from delivery until collection which starts from 17.00pm in relation to garden hire’s, at the discretion of All bounced Out. Any obstruction by the hirer or their guests causing unnecessary delay will be charged at £25.00 per hour or part of, this also applies where ball pits balls are not bagged and ready for collection (Indoor hire only).

Public Liability Insurance is excluded in its entirety following any claim or injury to any third party or employee whether directly or indirectly related to the use of drugs and/or alcohol. All Bounced Out excludes any liability for injury loss or damage caused to any person using the equipment contrary to the terms and conditions of this contract.

Disclaimer

Provided that the equipment is used in accordance with the above guidelines and conditions of hire, those using the inflatable should do so safely. However, accidents can happen.

All Bounced Out can accept no liability for injuries sustained or any other loss, howsoever caused, as the equipment will be in the hirer’s possession and control whilst in use rather than All Bounced Out. Any liability for injuries or other losses caused other than in the circumstances described above rests with the individual responsible for hiring the equipment. Accordingly, it is strongly recommended that the hirer has adequate public liability insurance covering his or her liability arising from the use of the inflatable.

Upon paying your deposit to secure your booking, you accept that you have read, understood and agreed with our terms and conditions of hire.
