• Do I need to pay a booking fee?
  • Yes, a £10.00 booking fee is required to secure your booking. These are non-refundable if a late cancellation occurs, e.g the morning the hire is due for delivery. However, should you need to cancel on the day due to wet or severe weather conditions, then your booking fee can either be transferred to another date, or a full refund will be given. We also reserve the right to cancel at short notice only in the event of extreme weather conditions. Our customer safety comes first, again a full refund or alternate date can be arranged.

  • Yes, All Bounced Out holds £5 million Public Liability Insurance with Leisure Insure, please see the attached link:-
  • Are there any age restrictions for your bouncy castles?
  • All of our current castle's are suitable for children up to the age of fifteen years of age, our bounce and slide castle is only suitable for children up to the age of 5 years.
  • What are the maximum size requirements to check if a castle will fit in my back garden?
  • On all of our castle's you must allow 2 to 3 feet for anchorage at the sides of the castle, and at least 3 feet at the rear of the castle to allow for the blower and blower tube to be as straight as possible for maximum efficiency and air flow. So, for example if you hire a castle which is 12' wide x 12' depth x 9' high, you would need an overall space of 15' wide x 16' depth. Please don't forget to allow an extra 3 feet at the front step for safety mats.
  • Do you have any access restrictions?
  • Yes, due to the weight of our castles we are unable to carry them up and down flights of stairs or garden steps, back gardens must be easily accessible via a side entrance or gate with a minimum three foot width. We will not take castles directly through your house due to the risk of internal damage. Garden areas must be as level as possible, we cannot erect a bouncy castle on a sloping or uneven surface for health & safety reasons. Indoor hires with suitable lift access (if event is in an upstairs room) will be accepted.
  • What happens on the day?
  • We shall deliver and set up the equipment at the agreed time and venue, our staff will go through the safety instructions with the responsible adult/hirer and also leave a copy of these on site. Terms & conditions of hire will require a signature along with two forms of identification (garden hire's). Payment is also due upon delivery and set up unless paid for prior to the event. Once you are happy, we shall leave and return to the venue to collect at the agreed time.

Once we have received your enquiry and your details, we will send you a booking confirmation requesting payment of the deposit, which must be paid within seven days. When this is received your booking is then confirmed for your specified date.
